first and foremost: this is an 18+ SFW venue. Please no ERP in public spaces or with staff members.
we have a strict zero tolerance policy for: bigotry (homophobia, transphobia, racism, etc), lalafell lewding of ANY kind, harassment, drama, etc. have common sense, do not be disgusting.
please refrain from using /shout or /yell channels. these are strictly reserved for staff members to making important announcements periodically during operation hours.
please refrain from spamming your emotes or abilities.
please be kind to our patrons & staff. do not harass them in any way, shape, or form.
please keep your weapons & minions sheathed & hidden. this venue does not allow weapons or minions on the premises due to being small in size. this reduces congestion.
if you are found to be harassing anyone, you will be asked to leave. this applies to paid reservations as well. if you make the staff uncomfortable, they are within their right to ask you to leave. refunds are not applicable if you are removed for these reasons.

VENUE RENTAL
want to book our venue and/or staff members for an event?
here's what you need to know.
Venue rentals begin at one hour, and up to 3. If your event is longer than 3 hours please contact Caerwyn.
Hourly Rate (if under 3 hours): 500k, includes free food and staff.
3 Hour Bundle: 1m, includes free food, staff, and candid photography.
ADD ONS:
Photography: 250k per hour (if not purchasing 3 hour bundle)
Bard Groups: You are free to hire your own bards for your events, if you would like us to procure you a group we ask for 750k per hour.
PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography is priced by the hour
During events, staff members can do both candid and posed photography.
Candid Photography: 250k per hour
Posed Photography: 500k per hour.
if you are requesting posed photography, please give your photographer a guide on how many images you are hoping for and what vibe, or types of poses, you are wanting as that will determine how long the session runs.

ishgardian affogato. Topped with ice cream, this lusciously creamy coffee cocktail will warm your soul and temper your woes.
pixie-tini. A vibrant cocktail carefully comprised of aromatic tea, sweet-and-tart spirits and garnished with a rolanberry.
harvest moon. A piquant apple cocktail topped with zested ginger, complete with a stick of cinnamon.
NON-ALCOHOLIC
not feeling alcohol tonight? worry not, we've got a selection of comforting drinks for you to enjoy.

matcha. A sophisticatedly bitter infusion prepared by whisking fine-ground Hingan tea leaves into piping hot water.
hot chocolate. A sweet beverage comprised of yak milk and kukuru powder that will bring a smile to even the coldest heroes' faces.
espresso con panna. The surprising addition of sour cream may catch some off guard, but they will invariably be won over by the subtle harmonies of this rich otherworldly blend.
BAR BITES
delicious snacks and treats, carefully created by our in-house culinarians.

lemon waffle: Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, this baked delight with a distinctive texture has a slight hint of citrus.
pixieberry cheesecake: Rich, indulgent cheesecake swirled through with a ribbon of sweet pixieberry sauce.
kukuru rusk: The slightly bitter notes in the kukuru butter used to make this crisp bread give it its distinctive mellow sweetness.
